Simply call or email us and we will be delighted to put you in contact with the nearest dealer in your area or simply contact your usual school supply dealer.

What Warranty do you offer? How to return a WESCO product?

ALL our products are UNCONDITIONALLY guaranteed for 2 years on all materials and workmanship.
For returns :
Please contact the dealer you purchased your WESCO product from and they will obtain the Return Authorization and shipping information from us.

Services and Return Policy

Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported within one week of receipt of shipment. Damages that are the result of product defect we will pick up the item(s) and issue a credit to our dealer or replacement of the product.
*For goods showing a damage on the shipping carton, have carrier note damages on the freight bill before accepting delivery. Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately. Save all original shipping cartons, packing material and damaged items until they have been inspected or your claim has been settled.
Dealer must obtain a Return authorization number from our customer service representative. All items will be inspected upon return and must be in saleable condition to be eligible for crédit or replacement.
This return policy applies to items only currently listed on our product line. It does not include discontinued or special order items.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for the return of undamaged, correctly shipped merchandise. All shipping charges will not be credited and every shipments will remain the property of Wesco Na Inc. until corresponding invoice is paid in full.
